Chi Wu men

Welcome to Hei Ng Mun or Chi Wu Men. The historical background can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty, between 1750-1800, a system developed based on the southern five animal fists with some internal exercises, which correlate with the Mao Ying Kuen style. Besides its martial arts aspects, Hei Ng Mun Gōngfu has a series of significant internal and external health preservation exercises, and its to be considered the most advance state of the cat fist. The practice of elements of traditional martial arts combines physical training with breathing exercises as well.

  • Hei Ng Mun or Chi Wu Men is dedicated to teache and researching traditional Chinese martial arts and their benefits. One of the main goals is to provide a positive learning environment for the study and practice of what martial arts have to offer. There is growing evidence that these mind-body practice exercises, which originated in China as a martial art, have value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren't in top shape or the best of health. Many people think that only young people can practice martial arts, which is not true. Chinese Gōngfu is for everyone.
